"First of all i would not recommend this hotel its old and noisy. Dont stay in this hotel because they said its a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. They did not provide shuttle because there is no shuttle, dont be fooled of when booking this place about shuttle its false advertisement we ended up taking grab from airport to the hotel and its far away it cost $ 40 canadian dollars one way and when checkin out going to the airport they had to call a taxi again and i ended up paying onther $40 dollars. They should removed the free shuttle on the website people who would like to stay here for a covinience of pick up and drop off to airport. Its all a lie. They accusing me of they tell me that the shuttle is scheduled they lie about that they dont have shuttle at all i stayed here March 9 to 10 2026. Pls dont be fooled about the convenience of this hotel. The money is no problem i just dont like being lied to about a free shuttle they could have just removed it on the web site."

"Nice pool area, good breakfast options, and very easy to get food deliveries. I think the Wi-Fi is better in the nonsmoking tower. Our Wi-Fi was pretty good, but heard the smokers complaining and read prior reviews.The AC unit worked very well, but they tend to have some plumbing issues. The on demand water heater was great. I could not use the pool area at all as the time I went down to sit by it- I couldn’t breathe with all the smoke surrounding me and there were always a lot of smokers down there. "

"The hotel was very nice but convenient if you’re coming to experience Bangkok as a tourist. Mostly everything was a 40min to 1 hour drive to the city. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful "
