  • Located just a few metres from Perello Beach and surrounded by the Lálbufera Natural Park, the Sunset Attic Apartment is a fantastic place to rest, relax on Valencia’s endless sandy beaches, and enjoy the incredible sunsets and the hundreds of protected species that Lálbufera is home to.

    The apartment is brand NEW.
    It features a balcony and a terrace overlooking the port and Lálbufera in Valencia, where you can enjoy incredible views.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with (oven, microwave, mini-fridge)

    Sofa bed (sleeps 2) —very comfortable!


    3rd floor, no lift

    The area offers hundreds of activities, such as: Boat rides along the Albufera, bike routes through nature, paddle surfing on the beach...
