"I had a bad experience, the staff canceled my room right after I checked and and removed my items with out informing me. The staff was so rude and at the end of the situation re gave me my old room that was never cleaned. They threw all my stuff in a bag. And security didn’t help the situation either. Watch out when you stay no one goes they put things "

"Very accessible to the national park entrance. Stunning views, game room with so.many indoor games, reading room, hot tubs, heated pools, park and the river view, spacious rooms are worth the price. It has a inhouse pizza bar and a restaurant too. 24 hour access to the grocery and gift store at the lobby. Rooms have induction stove which comes handy for the morning breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would love to come again in my future visits. "

"We were expecting to book her because of all the good reviews and because it’s a dog friendly hotel. But my husband and are were so disappointed. I honestly don’t feel the rooms were very clean. Walking in there was a weird smell. But i figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt because it did look like the rooms are pretty outdated. First night there supposedly housekeeping cleans our rooms every day, and when we get back from our hike the room did not look like it was clean, only the trash was taken out . When we go to shower we find 2 dirty towels. One of them was so dirty it would be hard to miss when looking at them . When I call the from desk lady Was nonchalant about the issue no apologies whatsoever all she said was that she would let housekeeping know and laundry. When I also brought up the room not being cleaned she said they Don’t do the beds if there’s personal stuff on them which there wasn’t. I felt she didn’t care of what I had to say or how I felt all she did was make excuses for what happened.. I Don’t recommend this place !! "

"recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The lobby was clean and gave a good first impression of the hotel. The room was spacious, tidy, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the small details such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a coffee maker in the room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything neat during my stay."
