"The house was exactly as described and was an awesome home base location for our family’s Florida Keys vacation! We brought our boat and the dock was perfect with lights, power, and water located right on the dock. The home was very spacious and we really enjoyed the huge screened porch with string lights in the evening to gather and unwind after a busy day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean and definitely had a Florida keys vibe. We enjoyed many species of fish and manatee sightings from the dock. Chis was very accommodating and easily reachable with any questions. Our family really enjoyed this rental and would recommend it for anyone seeking a low key Florida Keys getaway!"

"Our stay in Islamorada was wonderful. We paid extra for an early check in at 2pm which was worth it to be able to get in and get organized early. Each room was spacious and had towels, basic toiletries, hair dryer. There were plenty of extra beach towels as well. The dining table was large enough to seat 10 people. We had family over for dinner a couple nights which was really nice. The kitchen is large with keurig machine. Be sure to buy keurig coffee pods at the grocery store. There are some provided for first couple days. There is no ice machine so we just kept making ice and dumping it in a bowl to keep in freezer. The view was really nice overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend staying here. Check in and check out were effortless. No chores to do before leaving, just have to lock up. Also, it was very easy to communicate with someone. We couldn’t find the laundry pods and i texted the number given and got an immediate response. There is also a pool and grills available. We used the pool but did not grill. You won’t be disappointed staying here."

"The 70’ dock is not all accessible because of owners 27’ sea hunt and a broken jet ski lift had 2 boats a 22’ pontoon and an 18’ flats boat had to tie the flats to the pontoon no big deal just don’t plan on 2 24’ bay boats would be very tight other then that everything was great"

"We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this property in the future. The condo community was quiet, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.A few items for future guests and the owner to note:The unit was somewhat undersupplied. We were not provided with extra trash bags, laundry detergent, or other basic consumables that are commonly available in vacation rentals.The thermostat was restricted to 72 degrees, and the bedrooms tended to become warm overnight, which affected sleeping comfort.The bed linens had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. We ended up washing the sheets ourselves on the second night, which resolved the issue.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the opportunity to visit."
