"Pros- walkable to dining and transit. Spacious-the apartment had good space for our family of 5, clean. The entire center s thing 10-15 mins walking. Lots of nightlife right outside. Cons- this place needs to be renovated. Windows don’t open or some don’t lock, the seals are leaky and don’t dampen outside noise The area is pretty noisy at night. Beds need to be replaced, bathroom lights are corroded and not working, cabinets are in poor condition. Very 90s vibe. "

"This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street. There is no AC so plan accordingly. "

"Property owner canceled last minute with no communication. Was left in Dublin with no place to stay an hour and a half before check in. "

"Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area. "

"LIV is a step above other student accommodation providers who open their rooms to tourists over the summer. My room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and easy and I had access to the common lounge are in the building. It was also good value for money. "

"it was exactly what we wanted - right on the Irish Sea; comfortably remote and quiet, but walking distance to grocery store and bus to Dublin. LOVED our time here! Jason & Mary were ever so helpful with different accesses/requests that we were hoping to explore; Jason greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property and Mary also has created a binder with very detailed descriptions on how to utilize the property and after initial introduction and chat, they were never intrusive - felt...
