Another bedroom on this level has two beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, and also features air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The upper level, accessible via an exterior staircase, also has a living/dining room with a sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. This level also leads to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, equipped with air conditioning.
