  • Centrally situated close to all the amenities in Swanage as well as the sea front and sandy beach.. All on the First Floor:

    Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. There is a steep path to the parking.. Centrally situated in old Swanage, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this comfortably furnished first floor holiday apartment has great views from the living room over Swanage, the Purbeck Hills and across Swanage Bay towards the Isle of Wight. The sea front with its promenade, sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Ideally situated for walking many footpaths and touring this part of the Jurassic coastline. Swanage Steam railway is here and runs to the pretty village of Corfe Castle. A short drive is East and West Lulworth with 17th-century castle, famous natural cove and across the hill is Durdle Door, and a mile from the property you’ll find an array of water sports that can be enjoyed. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

I have stayed here numerous times now and find it a brilliant place to stay.

I have stayed here numerous times now and find it a brilliant place to stay. It has everything needed for a comfortable holiday, and is close to the town centre and supermarket. Off road parking is available at no extra cost, and it is quiet and peaceful. The flat has great views over towards the Purbeck hills and I always feel that I have had a relaxing holiday when I leave. Highly recommend.

The flat is ideally situated close to local late opening shop and local pub serving very good food. Just a short walk into Swanage for the beach shops or even train station for the steam train. Hardly used the car at all, plenty of nice walks direct from the door.
