This contemporary coastal bolthole is perfect…with amazing uninterrupted sea views and stylish interiors, it’s a great option for a get together with friends. Sitting on the first floor with two bedrooms and a lovely open sitting room with access onto the long balcony.. Once you’ve arrived, you won’t want to leave!
Get out and about - stroll along the promenade towards Mumbles Head and the Swansea Museum, National Waterfront Museum and the LC Aquapark on the doorstep. This is a great place for a family holiday so get out and about and explore. Dine out at one of the many restaurants and cafes, enjoy a little retail therapy in the stylish shops or head to the beach with the buckets and spades…. all within walking distance.

Accommodation First Floor Open plan living space: 3-seat convertible sofa bed, leather sofa, oak coffee table. 50" flatscreen TV and an iPod dock. Oak dining suite with 6 leather chairs. French windows onto a wide balcony with patio furniture and sea views. Kitchen: hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Master bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Ensuite: shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: 50" flatscreen TV and an iPod dock. . Outside: balcony with furniture. Parking: 1 allocated parking space. General: changeover day - Saturday. Electric heating. WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided (linen and towels NOT provided for the sofa bed). Pets:sorry, no pets.. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
