"Our second time at Macdonald hotel and spa at Botley Park. We only have one small complain when you have a shower in the bath, if you put our foot on the bath plug you cannot get the plug out and the bath fills up with water . Other than that it was rather enjoyable. The staff are friendly and accommodating."

The hotel itself is nice, showing its age a bit but still comfortable and clean. We liked the bathtub and actual king-size bed (unlike what many in the UK claim to be). Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay again!"
