Despite the noise from the railway station, it is a comfy place for a solo traveller

Dear JudyWe have some rooms without balconies that are close to the train station. If the windows are opened, it will be quite noisy. However, if the windows are not opened, the noise level is manageable. We hope that guests who are concerned about noise can pay an additional fee to upgrade to a room with a balcony on the quieter north side.Regards

I can't contact him until I asked expedia for help. The property is overbooked and he asked me to stay in other hotel 1st night.

the guest request last minute cancellation. sorry we can't accept it. as alternative solution, we can try to resell the room. the guest can check the room is sold or not on line,
