The Mark Hotel was a very nice hotel with amazing wood decor. This place is more for relaxation as there is not much around. There is a nice burger place called Sublime Hamburguesas. One very important item here is that there are no elevators at all. You have to go up a lot of stairs to get to your room. The free breakfast is brewed coffee, cheeses, olives, orange juice, green juice, breads, and some pastries. For some reason I thought it was more, and my assumption was incorrect. Anything else you would have to pay for. I was a bit displeased one morning where the hotel ran out of brewed coffee because there was not enough ordered. So I asked the hotel attendant what they could offer instead and the guy said cappuccino. I got a cappuccino but it was terrible and when I checked out, the hotel charged me for the cappuccino. I thought since the hotel made an error in not ordering enough coffee it should have been free of charge to compensate for not having brewed coffee. I asked why and the lady said there was coffee. I replied there was no coffee and she said there was instant coffee. I don’t drink instant coffee as it is terrible just my opinion. I was very disappointed with how the hotel staff handled the situation.

Hotel & staff meet our entire expectations. Contacted for shuttling service upon arrival and they were extremely helpful & entire front staff greeted and gave amazing recommendations in regards to our plans. Hotel is monitored 24/7 & made us feel entirely safe.
