"The PROS is the location was great, close to the beach and Pier 60 around 10 minutes. A lot of choices for eating nearby, the staff was helpful. The CONS is the hotel’s room condition since it’s an older place. The rooms are dated and the amenities are minimal. Good for short stay."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an outstanding job my room was spotless every day, and my towels were replaced daily without me ever having to ask. It’s the little details like that that really make a difference. The spa was amazing and so relaxing. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was full of kids every time I went, but that certainly didn’t take away from my overall experience. Everything about my stay was enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, cleanliness, and a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is in a great location! Staff overall were kind and helpful. Beautiful lobby too. Overall, for a newer hotel there is some significant wear and tear in the hotel room and in the details of other amenities like the pool area. Pool area had stained chairs, drains covered in hair and just overall felt dirty. Pro was the room had no carpet which was great to help consolidate sand. However, the hallway to the room smelt of vomit and at times gerbil bedding. I must warn others about the valet! They tried charging us for valet ($38/night plus about $10/night for alleged taxes- ooof rough) we had a car onsite for maybe 8 hours, it was fine if we needed to pay for a single night, but when I called down to ask about the charges I saw in an emailed receipt before check out the man at the desk was having trouble coming to terms with the fact there was no car for the majority of the stay. Then told me he would take it off the bill and I was luckily suspicious so then addressed it with another front desk clerk before leaving and the charges had not been removed. Luckily this clerk was able to take the charges off. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A CAR!!!! Sneaky charges await!!!"
