"Room was dirty old and desperately needs paint and love"

"I haven’t received check in details and had to call numerous callers to get the night staff to supply check in card. Room was good but the fridge was very noisy. The room needs to have some utensils like spoon to stir your hot drinks. There was no front desk staff the morning to find some information and to get a breakfast card Other the bad comments, it is good place for stay over for couple of nights. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfy, the layout was a bit odd with 3 separate rooms for sink, toilet and shower This is not the place for anyone who has difficulty with stairs no elevator and the shower had a 25cm step up We didn't use the pool or mess hall At check in they were trying to have everyone use a self serve and download an app for the key which wasn't working very well Location pretty good with a lot of restaurants nearby, and right across from a free park where you could see geothermal features"

"Had a nice stay at Aura Accommodation. Room was clean and we had everything to make coffee in the mornings. We arrived late but they set things up so we could do a self check-in, worked perfectly. Hotel is just a short walk to Eat Streat with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. FYI, some rooms (like ours) have a large sliding patio door instead of a regular one. Worked fine, but was felt odd at first. Nevertheless, would stay here again. "

"The room's bathroom was too small- there was no where to hang out wet togs and towels. Pool gate and area could use a update and refresh. and the curtains are too see through, for $300 per night I was expecting a bit more in the room, but staff were great. Prices for a toated sandwich and salad and fried expensive."

"It was cozy. Not fancy but just right for us. It is in a great location to use as a base for the whole area. We appreciate the laundry and having our own kitchen. The hot pools and cold pool were an attraction and out the back there is a path to a beach on the lake. Good value for the money. "

"Great location, large room, spotlessly clean. Washer/Dryer in the room was great when on a long trip. The lady on reception was very helpful, with good recommendations on what to see etc. I would definitely recommend"
