This gorgeous townhouse is over 3500 square feet and features high ceilings throughout, offering plenty of space for comfortable living.

The property features 3 bedrooms with one king bed and two queen-sized beds and 2.5 baths in the main house, with an additional 1 bed (Queen) 1 bath apartment above the garage, providing enough room for up to 12 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has ample storage space, a desk, and a 50" smart TV, making it easy to unwind at the end of the day.

Free parking and plenty of street parking are available on the property.

Health enthusiasts will love the on-site gym, as well as the proximity to Bayshore, which is only 2 blocks away.

Guests staying on the property can use the gym. In addition, there is the option to use the red light therapy and infrared sauna, an appointment is required.

Great home in a great location

Our family met here from various parts of the country to celebrate a graduation. The house was perfect for our needs and it’s in such a great location. Melissa thought of everything to make her guests feel at home down to every little detail. If we needed anything she was always accessible.
