"Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity. "To be honest I wasn’t expecting much with it being a budget hotel but it was clean and tidy and well presented with all the amenities that were needed. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful which provided a great stay in Birmingham "
