"Bar was excelent . No breakfast for us"

"I was disappointed in the check in staff. They were rude and asked if I had a reservation after I told them I check in said don't forget to tell them I have VIP Access perks but yet they said it was on there itinerary. It was back and forth for over 15 minutes and I still got zero satisfaction "

"Friendly and helpful check-in with clean, comfortable and quiet room! great location for our purposes with parking garage I booked on spot-hero on chancellor street directly across from hotel entrance. Has a cafe and coffee bar, but coffee bar closed at 11:45 when we were leaving so no coffee for the road. We'll stay again!"

"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"
