Don’t bother paying for breakfast
Breakfast was shambolic, no menu nor were we told what was available. Service was slow and coffee and juice arrived much later than food.

This hotel is wonderful. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and so helpful. Very little English spoken but they did their best so it wasn’t a deterrent.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very modern, clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Hotel excepcional
Este hotel es verdaderamente excepcional en todo: las calidades de construcción, la decoración, la limpieza y el confort de las habitaciones, y también el trato del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Esta fue la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí, y pudimos probar la zona de "wellness", que aún no estaba abierta unos meses antes, y también nos sorprendió por el despliegue de calidades. No probamos en cambio el desayuno porque decidimos explorar bares locales de Tarancón, pero sí el restaurante, que nos gustó tanto como la primera vez.

Hotel was amazing but local area not worth a visit. Bar in hotel was not open. Anna in restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately other staff in hotel restaurant were verging on rude despite our best efforts to speak Spanish.

Wonderful
Easy to find. Pleasant staff. Relaxing landing area. Lovely room. Had a good air conditioned nights sleep. Very much enjoyed the meals on offer. Buffet style breakfast. Would definitely consider stopping there again en route through Spain.

Great Hotel in Tarancon
Wonderful Hotel. Luxury and good taste have the right balance. Receptionist very professional. Rooms big and very comfortable. I do highly recommend as well as the restaurant. We had very taste meals presented and served with professionalism.

Modern hotel, nice comfortable beds. Parking was on a side street in front of the hotel entrance. The restaurant was closed but the bar food was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant surprise.
This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. It’s really a conference hotel but as they had none on it was quiet. Good restaurant with lovely staff. Very convenient if you are travelling North to South. I would certainly use it again.

Nice hotel but not much else
The hotel is a modern build and excellent decor. But is set in a small town with not much else to see or do. At the time of our visit only one of the bars/ restaurants was open and only opened at restricted hours arrived at 4pm hungry from a long trip but be told the restaurant was closed until 8pm the only place to get some food was in a supermarket next door

Great stay
Liked the idea of using e-mail to open doors (especially during the pandemic to avoid use of keys, cards) Nice clean modern room with many facilities, including SMART TV If the breakfast buffet is not an option because of the pandemic will be a good idea to make some menus for the guests to know what options they have and also the waiters could improve their English language as not all guest are native spanish.

El hotel es excepcional. Estamos encantados. Quizás como punto de mejora, la piscina climatizada debería estar un poco más caliente el agua. Pero el hotel es fabuloso

Un hotel de lujo con un personal de 10, sobre todo la Gastrobar, los mejores torreznos que he probado. Los buñuelos de bacalao "espectaculares". Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el desayuno no era tipo bufet, y no recuerdo que estuviese indicado.

Sobresaliente con un pero.
El hotel es sobresaliente en muchos aspectos, un edificio antiguo con una modernidad de disenio excelente. Todo esta MUY bien, SUPER limpio!, pero... Casi todas las habitaciones tienen una ventana pequenia que hacen sentir al huesped "encerrado", es algo que el disenio del edificio no permitio, el tener ventanales y puede ser un poco incomodo si alguien pasa mucho dias hospedados. El hecho de cobrar al acceso a la piscina no me parece mal ya que el tamanio en relacion a las habitaciones pudiera generar un aforo mayor del posible, lo que si NO me parece justo es cobrar el acceso al GYM.

Lo resumiré diciendo que es el mejor hotel 4* que he estado en años, y duermo en hoteles, por trabajo o por temas personales, más de 20 noches al año sin contar vacaciones de verano. Todo, desde la atención y amabilidad del personal (gracias Alicia) hasta la tecnología de la habitación, pagando por la piscina y la zona spa, perfecto. El único defecto que tiene es que pilla lejos de la playa.

Étape sur la route
Une étape sur la route pour rejoindre la Costa blanca après avoir visité la Galice et la région du Ribeira del duero. La décoration est magnifique. Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas d’option petit déjeuner mais nous avons trouvé à quelques minutes de là un bar typique pour palier à ce manque et n’avons as perdu au change.
