"This was a great hotel. The staff was very pleasant.the shuttle service into Old town Alghero was very useful. It was nice not having to worry about dri ing into the ZTL. The hotel also has a nice pool and is conveniently located next to a small beach"

"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."
