"Good location. Tired decor and equipment. Chipped glasses and cups. Good cooking facilities. Dishwasher didn’t. Nice quiet building with easy access both to car park and beach. Good recycling facilities."

"Very spacious apartment. Nice beds, good shower, partial ocean view from deck, view of Mount, car parking included but tight. Great location for beach and cafe. Surrounded by apartments all very close and can see in to each others rooms so blinds closed most of time. Single heat pump "

"Appears to be a quaint 60s or 70s era motel. Small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink but no stove. Room is small but adequate. Washroom faucets appear to be a bit worn as it was hard to control the water temperature. Shower water pressure was a bit low. Surprising number of amenities nearby including gas station and supermarket just down the street. Several eating establishments just beyond the gas station including decent Chinese takeout and even a fine dining restaurant. Just a short drive to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach and the main shopping and dining area."
