"Francesca, our property manager, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She contacted us days prior, and gave us places to store our luggage upon arrival due to us arriving to Civitavecchia early (this is more of a guest house and not a hotel, so there is not a place to store luggage until you check in). We completely forgot to bring a power adapter (we are from America, and were boarding an American-operated cruise line, so didn’t think to pack one) and Francesca kindly let us borrow hers without issue. The room was very clean, modern, and kept up to date; it was quaint, but exactly what we needed before boarding our cruise. The A/C unit ran very well once we had it going for a little while. Overall, we think it was a great place to stay near the cruise port for the affordable price we paid."

"Very nice hotel but as a gentleman who’s 5 foot 11 the shower on 2nd floor was extremely narrow and I wound up twisting my back. Also the air conditioner was very hard to use and there was no noise coming from it so I’m not sure if it was working. Rooms are very clean and the location is great. Ask for shuttle driver Patrizio he’s excellent. A perfect place to stay for a night or two if you’re catching a cruise."

"Property is walking distance to train station and restaurants. they run a shuttle their own over to the cruise ship court but it's only at 12 or 12:30 PM. So if you have an earlier boarding time, you have to go take the bus. No taxis are available. The bus is six euros per person. You just have to make sure you get the right one."

"Staff was Wonderful. When my flight was delayed, I advised them & they made sure my shuttle pick up from the airport was changed accordingly. Helpful with all my inquiries. The restaurant for dinner was very basic & although the food was good, I would have liked more options on the menu"

"The direction given was useful in finding the place. The air con was great given it was so hot outside. Even though the room is facing the square, I was very quiet inside the room. It’s a great value for a one night stay. However, it took me a few tries before I can figure out how the keys work to open the doors. Its proximity to the cruise port is a big plus."
