"The hotel is amazing and right on the ocean. from cleaning to different amenities it was great, food was good they had theme nights like Mexican, pools close rather early for me but with the ocean right there why was anyone in the pools ever lol. The water park that's so very close was cool, the board walk to buy stuff was very close and easy not bad prices either. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and didn't expect tips. The extra trips available were great the boat to see dolphins was cool but not for those with a weak stomach clear day very choppy water an big waves I loved it tho. The 4x4 experience was super cool show you around the inland and great view points tour guilds were great and beautiful views can't believe I nearly passed it up."

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!"

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."

"Very Good Stay id advise to try n book a parking spot that I got after two days .If you don't mind walking down the slope there is a big parking area very close to the best beaches by car n shopping .nice quiet area I loved it ."
