"the hotel overall was very clean, and very up date. I was here for 2 nights and expected room service to clean the room, and give us clean towels and was surprised when the front desk mentioned they do not do daily room service. aside from that it was a nice stay"

"Don NOT book this hotel if you have a late flight!!!! My plane landed at 1:00am, by the time i got my luggage and got on the hotel shuttle i arrived at the hotel at 1:40am. THEY REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN!!!! The receptionist told me no checking in after 1AM!!!!! I was physically there for my reservation but she REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN!!!! I had to get in my car and drive home until 5 AM!!!!! God forbid Philadelphia is a connection for you and your flight is late. "

"The valet experience was pitiful. Those guys are all high smoking pot and are barely intelligible.we asked for our car to be ready and waited the expected 30 Lin only to be told that we called the wrong number. My husband showed them the number we called. They had just ignored us and we had to wait another 30 min for the car. After we finally got our car we then recirv a text that our car is ready and we should come down for it. The sub-par breakfast, my phone nit working and broken lamp all led to my low rating. They took my husbands credit card and somehow his info was stolen and we have had to cancel the card."

"I liked that it is renovated and the general look of the restaurant. The rooms are small, no coffee, no closet, no iron. Ice machine in the basement. The AC was made a super loud noise, worst I've ever had. TV was good and safe too. The staff is generally attentive, but they did forget to offer me the water bottles that they offered all HH members There was normally one person for check in and luggage pickup, creating a wait. The bathroom wash basin faucets were really hard. "

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."
