"Excellent hotel, nothing is missing, the room was spacious enough for four people, there is a nice heated pool that our girls would not leave, a well equipped play room for kids and adults too. and a very nice restaurant - we had breakfast and dinner and I can still feel the taste of the wonderful tomato soup!"

"Very cool location with beautiful lake views from both sides.Small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Quite cold in that downstairs area as although there was an excellent heatpump all the heat went upwards and there are no window coverings in the entry. Beautifully warm in the upstairs lounge, bedroom and loft bedroom. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay.We stayed as a family of four. Note the loft bed is right above the other bed and it did sound like the kids were right next to us when they were whispering during the night. Easily solved with earplugs, but something to be aware of.Would stay here again."

"Fantastic house, beautiful layout and huge amount of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and fantastic spa pool.Place is huge and could easily hold 3 families with kids. Village was really nice and close to multiple lakes and only a short drive to Rotorua. There was only three of us so didn’t use half the house it was that big!!House was spotlessly clean, dry and a great place to chill out. Highly recommended with all the mod cons. Was fully air conditioned with seperate heaters and huge beds were super comfortable. Can’t rate highly enough if you want to escape the main town. 2 minutes from a boat ramp as well"

"We loved our stay at this property. We were a group of 9 and the house was extremely comfortable in a beautiful setting. It was modern, warm and clean beautiful house. Having two seperate large living areas worked really well for us. Would highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to returning at some point in the future. This property is 10 out of 10."
