"Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y la habitación muy limpia. El personal sumamente atento con las necesidades como huespédes. Se nota que las instalaciones se han venido renovando. Únicamente como sugerencia, sería bueno implementar cambios en el sistema de ventanas para evitar que ruidos exteriores afecten el ambiente de la habitación, en especial cuando en fines de semana hay alguna celebración en alguno de los salones del hotel. Por lo demás todo genial."

"Great property, great location to walk and explore Antigua and its hidden gems. The spa was amazing and the breakfast with a view was spectacular. Will definitely make this home base when I arrive to Guatemala again."
