Great property

Lovely house very high spec! Good location for either using car or bus for Teignmouth and Dawlish. Only negative was not been able to use hot tub on first night due to problem with previous party!

Family holiday

A family of 9 and 3 dogs, we stayed for a week. The property was lovely and catered for all our family needs. It is big and airy with plenty of seating for everyone. The utility room was a must, having 2 small children with us and it was great to have the hot tub to jump into after a busy day. The downsides were that there was very limited hanging space in the bedrooms and it would benefit from hooks on the back of the doors and a full length wardrobe in the bedrooms. Overall a fabulous stay

Disappointing , unprofessional, lack of communication

Rooms were lovely although close to main road so very noisy. Kitchen dining room area very comfortable. Outside area dirty, lack of various bins and bin bags Barbecue non- existent. Had to call and asked, replaced with new one took up most of the day rectifying waste of the day. Had to ask for hand soap, tea towels. No bin bags. Unprepared and no check for book in. Lack of a communication
