Set in a quiet area in the beautiful county of Shropshire, within walking distance of a large array of amenities.. 3 steps to entrance.

Decked area with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Set within the boundaries of the owner’s property with lovely views over the owner’s well-kept garden. The property is set close to the historic town of Ironbridge which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The towns of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock are all close by and all offer plenty for guests to see and do including many independent shops and restaurants, along with access to the beautiful Shropshire Hills and many more National Trust and English Heritage sites.
Telford Steam Railway is 300 yards from the cottage and Horsehay Pool is 100 yards away. Telford town centre is just over a mile away, although you would not know how close you are to the town from the peaceful setting of this property and is home to family attractions including Telford Town Park and the children’s playground Wonderland, as well as restaurants and the town centre.
For those looking for a day out shopping, Shrewsbury town is half an hour away. Shropshire has an array of outdoor activities on offer including kayaking, canoeing, cycling, walking, gliding, golf, fishing and horse racing. The area is never short of places to visit with a plethora of castles, abbeys, farms, museums, discovery centres, gardens, parks and historic houses.
The property has three steps leading up to the private decked area just outside of the property. As you walk into the property there is an entrance hall with plenty of storage for your shoes and coats, the property is set out all on the ground floor and is home to a living room with ample seating, a wall-mounted TV and dining space. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and a plethora of useful cupboard space. There is a cosy double bedroom to rest in after a long day of exploring or take a long hot shower to at the end of your exciting day. Outside you will have access to the owner’s well-kept garden but also a private decking with a seating area. With such a variety of things to do and treats to enjoy, guests are sure to enjoy their stay! Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
