The property is also perfectly located for exploring the nearby UNESCO Iron Bridge Gorge World Heritage site, dotted with quaint shops, cosy restaurants and pubs, and 10 fascinating museums that'll keep you busy for days. Telford’s impressive town centre with shopping mall, Southwater Square restaurants and Imax cinema is also close by. Visit National Trust properties such as Attingham Park, Benthall Hall and Dudmaston or head to the historic town of Shrewsbury and pretty Much Wenlock with independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Cosford Air Museum is a short drive away and well worth a visit.

Step into the spacious hall and follow through to the open-plan kitchen/diner. You first notice the imposing oak frame with floor to ceiling glass windows and bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook a special meal, including an electric range oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Sit by the breakfast bar and chat with the chef or congregate around the dining room table and enjoy a celebration dinner. The lounge is snug and inviting with an impressive wood burner which is sure to keep you toasty on chillier evenings. Put your feet up by the Smart TV and relax with good company. There is a ground-floor bedroom with a super-king size bed with smart TV and a handy en-suite shower room with WC. Heading upstairs to the impressive master bedroom which offers a super-king-size bed and Smart TV, don’t forget your bubble bath as there is an elegant freestanding bath in the bedroom and nearby steam room. There is also a separate WC and basin. Head across the hallway to another super-king zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. There is also a king-size bedroom with far-reaching views to the Staffordshire moorlands and a further twin bedroom all with Smart TV’s. The main bathroom is spacious and offers a walk-in shower with rainfall head and bath ideally located under a skylight to watch the stars.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed and offers a hot tub, built-in charcoal BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy long summer evenings relaxing. There is a patio and lawned area which is great for garden games and off-road parking for five cars.
