The meals were consistently delicious, the resort grounds were immaculate and lush, and the service was flawless — attentive without being intrusive. "Our favourite staff member was the cheerful and welcoming Lintang. Giving everyone a high five...remembering names...even a hug. He is worth his weight in gold for tourists. Kojek was also very helpful when our boat transfer was delayed. Our room was great but the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Your hotel was the perfect spot to arrive to in Bali and introduce my friends to the possibilities. Our chairs on the beach were not close by but your staff there was also friendly and helpful. Water stations to fill our water bottles was appreciated. I would highly recommend your hotel to others "
