"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"

"The room was clean and fairly spacious, but the kitchen was disappointing. It did not have a stove or any cooking facilities, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in that regard. Another issue was the size of the property. Because it is so large, the wait times for the elevators were excessive, and we often ended up taking the stairs instead. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around."
