"The room was massive in a tastefully decorated huge house! It’s easy to find with plenty of parking for cars although a few cans would completely fill the parking area. Knowing the landlords contact details would have been helpful as I did have a few questions that I couldn’t put to him about cutlery, etc for takeaways."

"Decent location next to the quay, room was spacious and clean. Hotel seems well run, staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and Saturday night was very noisy outside, lots of what sounded like road racing and drunken people! Sunday was quiet. Not a complaint about the hotel, it's a city centre hotel and Dundee is lively on a Saturday night, so to be expected. Restaurant nice, food reasonably good. Parking onsite is great and one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Overall a great choice for Dundee."

"Very comfy room and I slept well even though it's on a main corner. Everything clean, small shared kitchen and bathroom. The only thing for me was I felt the carpets needed a steam clean. I would ho back again."

"Perfect little seaside escape!This cottage was spot on — spotless, gorgeous decor, and just so warm and cozy. It’s tucked in behind two wee cottages so it’s really quiet and private, with a small but really pretty garden. The owner left us a big hamper too, such a nice touch. Host was brilliant with communication — quick to respond and really helpful whenever we needed anything.The town is lovely, everyone’s so friendly, and the beaches are stunning. I was honestly feeling pretty tired and run down before we arrived, and just two days in I felt completely different — like a proper reset. We ended up staying two extra nights, just didn’t want to leave!Can’t recommend this place enough."
