In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, not far from Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Chianti area, this property immersed in the luxurious green of a 3-hectare botanical garden, Fattoria Della Nave is the ideal place to rest and for nature lovers.

The botanical garden make this property UNIQUE. The Parco Della Nave is an "English" garden , which means a garden free in forms and arrangements, projected and created after the mid-Eighteenth Century by the botanic Ferdinando Della Nave. Various species of exotic plants from colonial domains were introduced into European florist markets in 18th and 19th Centuries: the Parco Della Nave is a typical demonstration of a private and very interesting Botanic Collection now part of the National patrimony.

Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. The property offer a quiet place to rest and enjoy one's holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Pool area, BBQ and a common hall for tastings and cooking school are just some of the features that this property offers.

Located in the property of the Fattoria Della Nave's botanical park (1857), Maria Chiara is a very cosy and traditional apartment with original and beamed ceilings and stone walls. Not only this is a real Tuscan looking apartment, but the location is also ideal for day trips around Tuscany: in fact the Arno Valley or Valdarno is very central to the region, between Arezzo and Florence, and within 1,5 hour drive from most famous touristic destinations of Tuscany.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for your home cooked meals and a large living room where you can sit and enjoy a good book. Outside the entrance, a private veranda with a flourishing wisteria to offer summer shade, perfect for a glass of Chianti wine and al fresco dining! The bedroom with beamed ceilings, in the back, is very quiet and with pool view. Bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.
