"I used to work in the hotel business, now retired and expect the first impression customers see is the professional customer service from the front desk staff. Angel was exceptional. We had dinner at the Bayside and the service and food was excellent. Rooms very clean and accommodating."

"Amazing place to travel with kids!! We will be back for sure. Our 3 children, aged 2-6, had an absolute blast. Pool and water slides were outstanding, as well as the big lawn in between all the cabins. Lots of other great families around too. Loved the fire pits and playground and ice cream store! 10s across the board!!"

"Our 2 night stay at the Courtenay Coast Hotel was great. First, my wife requested the 2nd floor and they accommodated the request. The room had a comfortable King Bed, modern shower and was new and comfortable. The hotel had a partially heated pool we used one evening and hotel was just a few minutes away from the theatre, so we saw a movie one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I very happy with our room and the hotel. I highly recommend staying here. David C."
