"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"We enjoyed our stay as the cleanliness of the property was great. Had a decent view of the bay, couldn’t use any of the amenities only because they were closed. Overall would stay again. Comfortable rooms excellent showers! 5 stars all around"

"Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. Curtains are dingy looking and carpet had stains on it, I made sure to keep shoes on whenever my feet were on the floor. I was also charged $50 for early check in instead of the $30 that was marketed when checking in through my Hilton honors app. I’ll never stay here again."
