"Everything was incredible, refined and very enjoyable, except for being disabled and there were no elevators. Walking up 3 flights of stairs daily was a burden, but that is the only complaint I have."

"Beautiful property with trees and waterfall overlooking natural woods and slope. Convenient parking included, and also covered by free shuttle connector to Snowmass Mall, village shuttles, and RFTA buses. Beautifully decorated and appointed condo. Roomy with two walls of den windows overlooking aspen woods. Nice finishes, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff with convenient communication by text, phone, or in person."

"The property was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well appointed and had all of the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware we needed. The views of Mt. Sopris and the valley were amazing. Our group loved the peacefulness of the property. The large outdoor table under the pergola was great for an early evening cocktail and appetizer. The hottub at night was perfect for taking in the dark skies, millet way and shooting stars. We really enjoyed our stay and Erich and Lynne were very helpful and communicative prior to and during our stay. Would recommend!"

"The property was very clean and easy to check in and out. It is located very close to downtown Basalt which made it easy to walk to the restaurants for dinner after daily vacation activities. Felt it was a little cramped for 3 adults but very nice overall. Loved being close the river"
