"The room was excellent, although it was a bit too close to the elevators. The amenities were outstanding, and the location was convenient, with restaurants and local attractions just a short drive away. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the exceptional beach service provided by John. His energy, positivity, and dedication to ensuring guests stay comfortable, hydrated, and entertained were truly unmatched. In fact, John’s outstanding service would be a major reason for us to choose the Pelican Grand again rather than trying a different hotel on our next visit."

"Super nice and intimate setting. Only downside was the handle on the front door was broken which made it difficult to close the door. The host did help and walk me through how to use the door with the broken handle. The pool was great, very nice and clean as well as the rooms."
