"The pool area wasn’t maintained well. A lot of rain during the week. Cushions on the lounges were always wet, debris in the pool. Housekeeping came to tidy up the room between 6:30pn and 7:30pm, not acceptable. Don’t understand what the $10 resort fee per day was all about, plus $12 per day to park. Add one that don’t need to be"

"My room was very clean, if a little dated. More than required though and excellent for the price. Outdoor furniture was excellent. I used the bbq twice and enjoyed the outdoor experience. The grills could be updated but were fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed how close Target and outlet shopping, TJ Max and Marshals etc, were. I walked each day. Publix is also within an easy walk. I could have used the theatre, but didn't. The beach too, was an easy walk; maybe not for everyone, but I strolled there in around twenty minutes. "

"Fantastic hotel but a bit dated. Stunning view and friendly staff. Great breakfast and homemade omeletts and pancakes are awsome . The dinner in the evening lacks customers . It is not the most cozy setup and it was cold inside due to the wind . But works fantastic for breakfast with the view. The rooms are a bit dated all over but it is CLEAN . The warmed up pool is GREAT. We will be back , "

"The lobby is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony with partial ocean view. We were very happy to be on 9th floor. The pool area is decent. Loved that there was a tiki bar. We didn't enter the pool or hot tub but enjoyed our afternoon laying out next to the oceanfront. Decent spacious room with nice bed, modern tv set, storage, and safe. Plus that balcony view!"

"Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue terrible. El alojamiento no era para nada como se mostraba en las fotos de la plataforma, la caja estaba floja, hacía ruido al moverse y era sumamente incómoda, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido toda la noche y para acceder a la piscina tenía que salir a la calle en traje de baño para poder acceder a la piscina. La comunicación con la administradora no fue fluida, no pudo ofrecerme una reubicación en otra área por lo que me ofreció un reembolso que hasta el momento he estado gestionando pero no me lo han realizado. Estoy realmente decepcionado de la atención en este lugar, hicieron un ofrecimiento de reembolso que no han cumplido y espero que cumplan pronto. Nunca me había pasado algo parecido, por lo que lamentablemente no puedo recomendarlo, solamente puedo sugerir que antes de reservarlo se aseguren que es similar a las fotografías que muestran en la plataforma, porque en este momento no es así."
