"Very nice place to stay. Very clean. Had a broken hair dryer and was able to send another up to my room which was a lifesaver. They looked to have a nice breakfast spread. The only thing that I wish was that breakfast started before 0700 as two of my mornings there, I had to leave before breakfast was served. But overall, comfy bed, and would stay again if going to Boston!"

"Irving House exceeded my expectations. I arrived in Boston for a short night and a flight out very early the next day to the west coast. It was easy and quick (15 mins give or take) to get to (we didnt have traffic as I arrived Saturday afternoon and left 4:45 am Sunday). My room was very clean and well appointed as was the full bathroom across the hall which was very convenient. Both of the staff I encountered on the evening shift and night/early am shift were super friendly, informative, and helpful. It was great to have access to a fridge and freezer as I travel with some food. Soo appreciated. Oh, and the coffee they serve in the lobby was surprisingly REALLY good. I didn't get to eat their breakfast as I left too early but expect it was on par with the rest of their effort and performance. Neighborhood feels safe and I was able to take a nice evening stroll and feel very comfortable as a single 60-something woman. All around 5+ stars. Thank you and Great Job!"

El personal de recepción, habitaciones y restaurante muy atento, amable, simpático y colaborador. La habitación excelente, amplia, impecable y limpia. Muy comoda. Aire acondicionado excelente, cama super cómoda. Una experiencia extraordinaria en la habitación. El desayuno extraordinario. Desayuno buffet, muy completo y delicioso. Una buena selección realizar el desayuno en el hotel. El personal del desayuno muy amigable, simpático y excelente. El restaurante japones de primera. La comida deliciosa.
