"Staff were super friendly and attentive. Beautiful property! Beds were very firm, not to our liking. Some features in room not working. Difficult to manage large luggage due to stairs, in addition to Lift."

"Great location for exploring the Cotswolds and Oxford - beautifully maintained, spacious, comfortable well equipped bedrooms. Dinner was excellent but the lack of sit down breakfast facility apart from weekends may put some people off but we found somewhere a short walk away that was good so not a big deal. Very attentive staff too."

"From the moment we set foot in Beecham House we felt at home. It is an amazing property, furnished with love. The scenic location is breath taking with rolling hills on all sides. It is so peaceful and we could all really unwind. A wonderful place for a family gathering and special celebration. The house is beautifully equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. We hope to return."

"We had a great Bank Holiday stay with the Alpacas in this lovely cottage.Kay and her husband where very welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed. Including instruction on how to get the Hot Tub to temperature. A wood fired hot tub was a first for us and we were amazed how well it worked and how long it stayed warm for. After getting it up to temperature on the first evening, we didn't have to fire it again until the third night, it was great.The cottage is in a great location and I would recommended it for any one staying in the Stratford Upon Avon area. It is so close to everything, Shakespeare, Butterflies, walks and theatre, every thing seems only 10 mins away. Again thank you to Kay for looking after us so well."

"Compared to the website the property is very dated. Air-conditioning was not working in our rooms. Breakfast wasn't great."

"Shower didn’t work far too hot forced to have a bath. Room was covered in dirt, dents and scuff marks everywhere. Plug sockets for lamps were not legal UK ones they were Indian ones, made us feel unsafe."
