"We had such a wonderful stay at Sunshine Cottage. The decor is absolutely beautiful! It feels both luxurious and cozy at the same time, which made it perfect for relaxing with our family.Everything felt brand new and impeccably clean. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. The home is fully stocked with not just the essentials, but so many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable and easy.It’s a great space for families and kids, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, and it really shows throughout the entire experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, elevated getaway."

"Amazing hosts and house! Perfect for our 4 kids aged 7-14. The garage with the ping pong table was a hit and they loved the hot tub as well. The house is close to everything while also very quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon. "

"There was an issue with the technology at check-in and the check out information said for us to put dishes in the dishwasher but there was not a dishwasher. These were not deal breakers! They are probably being addressed. They did not hinder our beautiful stay. The place was well kept and prepared for us. It was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the top story with no guests below us. Overall perfect! "

"House was very cute and home-y. After a very rainy day, it was nice to able get comfy with a movie, go into the hot tub and chill after a long day. I was falling asleep because I was so relaxed. The area is very quiet when not busy. Everything is just so cozy and aesthetic. Only complaint is I do wish check-in was sooner than 4pm."

"It was our first time in Seabrook and we loved it! This cottage was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We traveled with our dog and baby. The cottage is very dog friendly with dog bowls, mat and a dog sheet for the furniture. The cottage is in the farm district and about a 15 walk into town. It was very peaceful! We would love to come back. "

"Check in ran late. No wine glasses, AC/heat could not adjust, Could not turn on fireplace inside. Poor internet service. Need upgrade. Need instructions for TV, fireplace/heat/AC. Loft very high and hard to get into. Positive, quiet unit, bedroom and bathroom nice. Shops and restaurants were excellent. Stairs to beach were great along with beach. Very clean setting."
