"This place is out of this world! We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa and would happily return in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Emma for answering my many questions quickly and for all the helpful information and advice in the run up to our stay. Cristina was also wonderful and I liked that she was on WhatsApp for any questions (we didn't have many, but it was nice to know there was a direct line to somebody local if we needed it). We were a party of five; two adults, two teenagers and one infant. I was a little apprehensive about how the teenagers would survive a week with no TV, but I needn't have worried; there's plenty to do if you're in for the evening. We loved the Bocce, the pool table and table-football most. And playing with Giorgio the cat too, he's very friendly (he did leave us a mouse one morning though!). We couldn't get enough of the amazing pool! It was cold at first, but once you've taken the plunge you really do get used to it. It was blissful in the heat! We took a load of inflatables with us and have left them, I hope others enjoy them.From the villa we visited Rome by train (from Orte, no changes needed), Bolsena, Civita Di Bagnoregio and Civitella D'Agliano. All lovely places and not too far. Highly recommend Civita Di Bagnoregio in the evening, it's beautiful!! One thing to note: we hired a big car and scraped it along the very narrow track to the villa. Access is a bit nerve-wracking, but 100% worth it! Truly a perfect hide-away :-)"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort und die Einwohner sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.Das Haus ist in 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen. In einem sind 3 betten -2 einzel und ein 140 bett und in dem anderen ein großes doppelbett.Unten findet man ein wohnzimmer das verbunden mit dem offenen Esszimmer bzw Küche ist. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. unser Highlight war draußen der große Esstisch unter der pergola mit einem Herrlichen Ausblick.Der pool ist klasse und war für die Kinder das Highlight. Die kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin war schnell und hervorragend ! Wir waren 3 Woche da, wären aber am liebsten 3 monate geblieben."
