"The condo is well furnished, comfortable and is located well within the complex. The walk to the beach is reasonable and easy to manage.The water in this complex has a high mineral content and is hard on the digestive system. We bought bottled water to cook with and use in the coffee maker, etc., which was fine. Our biggest complaint is that the pools are not heated and that should be stated in the description about the complex. Amelia Island is a lovely island and we enjoyed our stay."

"Location was great, balcony and views were amazing! Condo was very clean and well cared for, with premium linens-soft, thick towels, high quality bedding, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, starters of everything were there. The parking was easy and plentiful. Grounds were nice and well kept. Pools and private beach walkways were nice to have. And the owners left us a personal note and bottle of wine! "

"One business day prior to arrival, the property manager informed me there would be construction "set up" and that we would not be able to use the pool during our stay. Upon arrival, we discovered full-on construction, by way of jackhammers and other tools, along with caution tape preventing us from using entrances. The pool was closed due to falling debris, mostly concrete. The area around the building was thus dangerous and a liability for anyone not wearing a hard hat. The noise inside the building was unbearable, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Needless to say, this unit should never have been rented and our stay should have been refunded. VRBO would be wise to disassociate with Amelia Island Vacations."
