"This is a very nice hotel, immediately upon walking into the lobby there was someone ready to help. Checking in was a breeze and the room very comfortable and well appointed. The floor that I was on was very quiet all the time. They served breakfast buffet style and the choices were endless, the best selection and quality I have ever seen. It's very easy to over eat here. I partook in refreshments in the rooftop bar where spectacular views of the city were there for enjoyment and again very helpful staff in attendance. Any staff member that I spoke to used very good English so communication was very easy. If ever I'm in Gothenburg again I would definitely stay here."
