"There was a problem with the room being the shower attachment then the noisy radiator. The duty staff quickly attended and moved and upgraded me to a much more comfortable room. Thank you"

"Rooms were clean and were presented well with clean towels and shampoos. Shame the garden could not be used because the grass were long and also does not have any chairs or table to enjoy morning breakfast in the sun. More cutlery is required as there was only one fork in the draw. One of the bedrooms light was not working had to use lamp instead. These things should have been checked when getting the property ready for a booking. Bathroom is very dated and located inside the kitchen which is not great. One of the room door would make so much noise when you open it would wake the others up in the next room. Overall the stay was ok."

"Property was nice, good value for the money. We were there on a very warm day and it was difficult to cool the house out at night. A fan would’ve been nice. Listing on VRBO indicated there was a clothes dryer. There was not. We contacted the property manager regarding this, and he assisted us in finding a way to dry our clothes. The refrigerator was not working and the property manager was unable to get a repairman there on a Sunday evening but offered to reimburse us for ice. It is a lovely accommodation, just a couple of things that made it necessary to change some of our plans."

"My mother and I and family spent 13 wonderful days in this home! I could not even imagine staying anywhere else!!First, the pics online were great but couldn’t let you know how comfortable, it is! 5 very nice bedrooms, and a lovely living room. But the kitchen area was the hub! Very well equipped with whatever you could need! We were able to have a nice Easter dinner…all cookery and plates/glasses/silverware/cooking utensils all available!Second, the location was great! Within walking distance to the tram going to Nottingham…right down the road from a Tesco and chippy! Also right down the road is a children’s play area!Bottom line…we highly recommend Pear Tree house! Thank you so much Matt for always answering my questions/concerns quickly! You made everything so easy!"
