"The room was very clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. There was a mini frig but no microwave which would’ve been nice as they sell delicious looking cinnamon rolls. Our room did had a balcony, but it was at the end of an atrium so the view wasn’t as magnificent as it would have been from other rooms. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You have to pay for everything including the boat ride around the inside of the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the plants were amazing. Parking isn’t included and it’s pricey per day considering you are also paying daily resort fees. The self parking was far from our room and the particular area we were in (The Magnolia section) didn’t have a dedicated lot as other sections did. Overall, it was a great stay! Conveniently located to a huge mall and cheaper restaurant options as well. I would like to go back!"

"The receptionist was friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for directions! Our room was super clean and totally sound proofed. The lobby area is large and has a cozy feel to it. Breakfast was a typical offering of cereal, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juices and coffee/tea. The only noticeable thing was the sink faucet seemed set back to far making it a challenge to wash the face. The location is excellent. Opryland is within walking distance or you can drive to the mall, park near the movie theatre and walk across the Opryland parking lot to access."
