"The hotel itself was fine. But the parking situation was like nothing I have ever seen. First of all, paid parking, which is fine, if you actually have a parking spot. At night, it was like a post apocalyptic scene. Every spot was full, so cars were parked behind other cars, on sidewalks and curbs, in thru-lanes, everywhere. And those who did not want to park like that were told "yeah, you can park across the street if you'd need to." In some random parking lot that did not belong to the hotel. And then walk across an open, live street with no cross walk. Again, I have never seen anything like this. I am unsure why, and how, the fire marshal has never been called."

"The property was just so-so. Our room wasn't as clean as it could be. Dirt on the floors and in the cracks and corners. We had to ask for towels. Most of the staff appeared to be put off by simple requests, like towels. We won't be staying at this location again. Sorry"

"The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice."
