"The location is great, close enough to all of the things we wanted to walk or uber to. The beds are comfy and clean. We eeew never able to get our internet to work for streaming, but that’s not a big deal. The shampoo felt like literal water and did not lather in the slightest. When attempting to use the conditioner, I knocked the bottle applicator off the wall and noticed it was actually empty. Since we stayed a total of three nights, I assumed that would at minimum be refilled or fixed, to no avail, the elevators were miserable. We waited some 20 min outside of the fourth floor and kept hearing the elevator sing as pass right by. A maintenance man finally took us to the utility service elevator. Thankyou! Also the ice machine on the 4th floor did not work—again I was there three nights and it remained broken the entire time. They held our luggage which was a really nice perk so we could enjoy the city without lugging our bags"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Le Square Phillips Hotel! I didn’t realize that the room came with a full kitchen and dining area. The room was so spacious and the high ceilings were wonderful! We used the fitness center and laundry on P floor and enjoyed the variety of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt and beverages from the breakfast room. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal area and less than 20 to shopping areas. The metro is also nearby as well as many restaurants. The concierge helped us to make dinner reservations. If ever in Montreal again we would definitely stay here again! Thank you."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Montreal! The location was perfect close to great restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s attractions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Montreal itself was incredible, and this hotel made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"

"This hotel was excellent. A great location right downtown Montreal. Walking distance to most everything or the Metro was just around the corner. It was very clean. Didn't know when I booked that it included a kitchenette that was very well stocked with stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pans etc. everything you needed. There was a very nice bar/ bistro where you could get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also an outdoor roof top pool. Great to sit with a drink in the evening. Parking was $38 a bit pricey but you just drove your car up to the hotel and someone would park it for you. I was extremely happy with this hotel and will definitely stay there again."

"We were in a Gold room which had enough food offerings for breakfast, snacks and evenings plus dessert that we didn't need to go out anywhere to eat. Super friendly staff and they were even helpful with suggestions of things to see and do while in town. It also includes a very nice pool, hot tub and sauna. There is an RCB bank right across the street and the underground Montreal mall was right beneath the hotel as well as the Metro subway, the CN railroad and another regional train."
