"Ordered breakfast and was never put through kitchen and when asked the staff just casually apologised and moved on with their work Wanted some printing done and it was a big effort from reception to get it done Apart from that it was a nice experience"

"The room is very quiet allowing a good night's sleep. Located at Southbank. Pubs, restaurants and transport are in abundance at 50c for any trip. Very Quiet area with coffee shops, etc and about 5 minute from the bustling energy area. Highly recommend. Parking on site is available. Cafe at the entrance."

"I only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful, which is something I find quite common across Ibis hotels worldwide. The hotel Is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was a very nice stay which I would highly recommend to other travellers."
