We stayed at this hotel for three days and never once our room was taken care of. No one picked up the garbage from the bathroom, no one refilled the amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo or body wash. They only threw some towels on the bed. The staff at the reception area or front desk was amazing though. And the security guy at the entrance was very attentive and gentle.

Exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the amenities top-notch. Perfect location and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend

The service provided at this hotel was disappointing. The staff never picks up the phone and no one is at the front desk at night to provide assistance.
