"Fantastic and very unique place to stay with a great vibe. Our one bedroom suite was huge. With a very private bedroom. Even though it’s right above the busy bar and outside eating area, it was still quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast as well. Fantastic place to stay after a day in the Cotswolds. There are very few rooms here so book far in advance . I hope I can stay here again someday."

"We stayed at Sunscroft whilst attending a wedding at Hadsham Farm. There were 8 of us staying. We were grateful for the fans as it was during the heatwave. The bedroom above the kitchen with all of the incredible views has no opening windows and the French doors are locked, making that room very very hot. It is possible to fit a lockable child safe window safety wire so the doors could be locked open by 4” which we would recommend should be considered for future guest comfort. All the rooms have light curtains that are not blackout. In the kitchen there’s a coffee filter machine, so pack a cafetière if you prefer that. We couldn’t find chopping boards or dishwasher tablets We wished we had more time to spend at the property, because it’s incredibly beautiful, with views to match."

"We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood provided. The cottage is a perfect blend of modern, traditional and cosy. We had poor weather so didn't get to use the little garden but it is nice to have the private space available if the weather had cleared. Jilly was friendly and swift in all our communications. There was lots of recommendations about the local area provided in a folder and we walked up to the local pub for dinner one night (about 30-40mins walk). You need a car for anywhere else though as it is a small (very pretty!) village and there are no shops. There is a walk you can do from the cottage though. Highly recommended. Thank you Jilly!"
