"Unlike other hotels, If you don’t put the maid service sign on your door your room will not be cleaned. Also, arrangements should be made with the airport for guests parking. I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental. That added to the nightly cost of the room…well let’s say I could have gotten someplace cheaper and just as nice. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The hotel is a nice, clean, fabulous scented hotel. Well kept and maintained."

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

The host Mr. Jose, was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very well-maintained. It had all the amenities I could ask for, and everything worked perfectly. The space felt safe, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Juan—it truly exceeded my expectations."
